Mobile Treatments

These appointments are preformed at the clients house 

30 min Treatment                                        $95

45 min Treatment                                        $110

* All of the fees include HST *

 

Please be respectful to the therapists time. If you need to cancel, please try and provide 24 hr notice. Any late cancellations will result in a 50% fee of the service (not including the HST).

 

Accepted methods of payments: Cash, Cheque, E-Transfer, Direct Billing, Debit/Credit (an additional $3 will be applied for processing)

Please note: If there are previous issues that had been encountered before, then payment will be processed at the beginning before treatment.

What to Expect for Treatments


For Either Mobile/Home Office/Clinic: 
  • You will be contacted 24 hours before your appointment for confirmation (or client set preferences) 

  • If it is your first appointment, there will be forms to be completed (health history, privacy policy, direct billing if applicable)

  • We will go through a pre-treatment assessment to create a treatment plan for you 

  • A receipt will be issued

 

Mobile Treatments:

  •  A FREE 15 min virtual Meet and Greet with your therapist is available before your scheduled appointment
  • On the day, therapist will arrive 10-15 mins before your scheduled appointment to set up
  • Everything that will be needed for your appointment, will be brought by your therapist
  • Payment will be taken before the treatment, to make sure it is processed properly

Clinic Treatments:

  • When you arrive for your scheduled appointment please check in with the front desk 
  • Please be advised that we are currently under construction expanding the clinic space, be advised of additional noise and movement in the clinic.

Home Office Treatments: **CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING**

  • On the day, please arrive no more then 5 mins before your scheduled appointment before your therapist invites you in
  • There is access to a bathroom if needed
  • Please be advised that there is a set of stairs on site to get to treatment space

 

 

*If you are wanting to use Direct billing, please always be prepared with another form of payment.
