Please be respectful to the therapists time. If you need to cancel, please try and provide 24 hr notice. Any late cancellations will result in a $45 fee.

Accepted methods of payments: Cash, Cheque, E-Transfer, Direct Billing, Debit/Credit (an additional $3 will be applied for processing)

What to Expect for Treatments

For Either Mobile/Home Office:

You will be contacted 24 hours before your appointment for confirmation and to complete a Covid pre-screening
If it is your first appointment, there will be forms to be completed (health history, privacy policy, direct billing)
We will go through a pre-treatment assessment to create a treatment plan for you
Payment will be taken after your treatment, and a receipt will be issued, unless we are processing health insurance benefits.

Mobile Treatments:

A FREE 15 min virtual Meet and Greet with your therapist is available before your scheduled appointment
On the day, therapist will arrive 10-15 mins before your scheduled appointment to set up, there will be another Covid screening done before your therapist enters your household
Everything that you will need for your appointment will be brought with your therapist

Home Office Treatments:

On the day, please arrive no more then 5 mins before your scheduled appointment, and there will be another Covid screening done before your therapist invites you in
There is access to a bathroom if needed.
Please be advised that the treatment room is in a basement office, so there is a set of stairs.

*If you are wanting to use Direct billing, please always be prepared with another form of payment.
