COVID Protocol

All Covid mask restrictions have been lifted, but if you are feeling unwell or experiencing mild symptoms- Please wear a mask. 


For Home Office Treatments:

  • A prescreening will be taken 24 hrs before your appointment and the day of before treatment starts. 

  • It is the clients choice whether to wear a face covering or not.

  • The therapist will be wearing a face mask.
  • Parking for your appointment will be available in the following: Driveway, reserved parking spot #107, or visitors parking (only if booked on weekend).


  • If you suspect that you have been exposed to COVID-19 or experiencing any symptoms (please refer to link below), please cancel your appointment. 
  • Even if it is a few hours prior, we prioritize everyone's safety and you will not be charged the cancellation fee. 
  • We value your understanding and cooperation as we navigate these uncertain times.
